Following strategic leadership conversations with the founders, investors, and board of directors, MJ Mathew (Manu Jacob Mathew) is joining WellMade Network’s executive leadership team as Director (Marketing) and Chief Business Officer (CBO), effective May 11, 2025.
This leadership transition marks a significant step forward in advancing our global vision and enhancing the performance of our expanding digital media portfolio.
With close to 30 years of experience in media marketing, advertising, and brand development, Mathew has held senior roles at respected organisations including TCG Advertising, The Times of India Group, and Malayala Manorama. He is recognised for his ability to combine strategic insight with creative execution—making him an ideal fit for this next phase of our growth.
His association with WellMade Network began during our formative years, when he served as Chief Consultant. In that capacity, he played a vital role in defining our brand identity, shaping operational foundations, and guiding our long-term strategic direction—giving him deep insight into our vision and values.
In his new role, Mathew will lead global business development, drive revenue growth, expand regional operations, and build strategic brand alliances—further strengthening our mission to deliver ethically grounded, regionally relevant, and globally scalable media solutions.
